ehumidifier. 5.Push the air filter (20) and the water tank (15) back into their original position. 6.Clean the outer surfaces of the dehumidifier with a soft, damp cloth and dry it with a dry cloth. Do not use any benzenes, thinners or other chemicals. 7.Resume using the dehumidifier as described under „Instructions for use“. Disinfection 1.Every two weeks you should also disinfect onlythe fol- lowing part of the dehumidifier after cleaning: the water tank (15). 2.For this, use a domestic disinfectant on an alcohol base, or high-percentage alcohol. This surface disinfectant is an alcohol mixture that you can obtain in a spray bottle at any chemist’s. Both substances are harmless if they are rinsed off carefully and thoroughly. 3.Wipe all the outer surfaces with a soft, dry cloth. 4.Resume using the dehumidifier as described under „Instructions for use“. Maintenance and Storage 1.If you do not wish to use the dehumidifier for a longer period (a week or more), clean the dehumidifier as descri- bed under „Weekly cleaning“and „Disinfection“. 2.Allow all the parts of the dehumidifier to dry completely. 3.Wind the power cord (13) and fix it onto the cord holder (14). 4.The dehumidifier must not be stored with a soiled filter (20) and as long as there is any water in the water tank (15). 5.Always store the dehumidifier in an upright position at a cool, dry location.ENGLISH 8 TROUBLE-SHOOTING Problem The dehumidifier won’t work.
