Only use batteries or adapter of the same or equivalent types as recommended. Battery installation 1. Open the battery compartment located under the CD player using screwdriver. 2. Insert 6 X ‘C’ size (UM-2) batteries according to the polarity indicated in the bottom of the compartment. 3. Close the battery compartment. Do not use rechargeable batteries.
