How to avoid damage to the appliance •The glass ceramic can be damaged by ob- jects falling onto it, or knocked by the cook- ware. •Cookware made of cast iron, cast aluminum or with damaged bottoms can scratch the glass ceramic if slid on the surface. •To avoid damaging cookware and glass ce- ramics, do not allow saucepans or frying pans to boil dry. •Do not use the cooking zones with empty cookware or without cookware. •Never line any part of the appliance with aluminium foil. Never place plastic or any other material which may melt in or on the appliance.
