When the light switches off, open the drawer by pulling the knob with one hand and holding the oven steady with the other, as shown in fig. 2. Place the pizza in the oven and close the drawer. A single thermostat cycle is not enough to heat the stone properly: the oven needs to be preheated for at least 10-15 minutes. Set the timer (C) to the required cooking time. Check the cooking of the pizza through the glass window or through the drawer opening. Be careful that the flavouring used for the preparation of the pizza (oil, cheese, tomato, mozzarella cheese, etc.) does not fall onto the fireproof stone (E), in order to avoid absorption or emissions of smoke and bad smells. The timer will emit a sound at the end of each cycle. Do not forget to spread some flour on the work surface when fresh dough is used for the preparation of the pizza, so that during cook- ing it does not stick to the cooking tray.
