Always remove the spatulas when the pizza is in cooking position. - Place the pizza (home made pizza or bakery pizza or frozen pizza) on the pan and close the cap using the handles. - To remove the pizza use the aluminium spatulas. Cook the pizza. At the end of cooking, take it off. Never stand in front of appliance when you open the oven. Always stand on one side to avoid burns. - Before cooking an other pizza, leave the pizza oven lid open for about 2 minutes. - Never cut the pizza directly on the firestone.
