The accenting bronze bezel will take on its own character by forming a natural patina over time, achieving a finish that echoes the finds of antiquity. This self- winding timepiece features the uncompromising precision of Swiss Made 25-jewel movement. The back of the titanium and bronze chassis bears a sapphire window for viewing the integrated mechanics, and a screw-down crown maintains resistance to water pressure equivalent to a depth of 330 feet. This rare Oakley instrument optimizes comfort with an Unobtainium® rubber strap matched with a titanium buckle. CROWNSECOND HAND POWERING THE TIMEPIECE Oakley Gearbox™ Automatic converts every movement of your wrist into energy that is stored mechanically. The design prevents overcharging, no matter how long the timepiece is worn. After the timepiece has been worn enough to reach a full charge of stored energy, it has approximately 38 hours of reserve running time (so it will not stop running if you take it off and store it for up to 38 hours). Daily wear will keep it continuously charged with energy. If the timepiece has rested idle for an extended period and the stored energy is depleted, it can be started quickly with a few movements of your wrist. Move it back and forth at a rate of twice per second. To wind the timepiece manually, unscrew the crown then turn the crown clockwise without pulling it out to the extended position. When finished, push the crown in and gently turn it clockwise until it screws into the case. Be careful not to over-tighten the crown, as this will damage the mechanism. STANDBY MODE If the timepiece will not be worn for an extended period, you can maintain the stored mechanical energy by using Standby Mode. Unscrew the crown and pull it out to the extended position to put the timepiece in Standby Mode. STRAP ADJUSTMENT For the right fit, some rubber strap models with deployant clasp closures may require trimming of the rubber strap. An Authorized Oakley Timepiece Dealer should perform the adjustment. Do not attempt to shorten the rubber strap yourself, as this may result in damage. CLEANING Use a soft, clean cloth to wipe off any moisture that adheres to the case or band. (The bronze bezel is designed to form a natural patina over time, and water droplets may stain the patina.
