It has been quite awhile since I have stayed at the Mecure, so I don't think I can give you an up to date opinion of the hotel.

Didn't have breakfast in the hotel so can't comment. Many cafes and other options in the nearby locale.

Breakfast is ok, but I didn’t look for vegetarian options so I can’t comment on that

We haven’t stayed there since 2017 but found breakfast ok. Eggs can be ordered from the kitchen and buffet has mushrooms tomatoes etc.
