Yes, the Ibis Styles Hotel Singapore does have a swimming pool but I don't know the opening hours.

Yes there is a Pool near the Breakfast Area Not Sure of the Hours for use but I'm sure its on their Website as too are pictures of the poolCheers

Yes, there is a pool but not suitable for doing laps. Access to the pool is not 24hrs. Actual operating hour, their website might have the info, ya.
