Restaurant for lunch or dinner is good good value for money. If you are an Accor plus member you can enjoy discounts on your meal, bar is also good with good selection of local beers and live games on TV. Breakfast is limited and coffee is not that great, you better off paying extra to get barista coffee. I had breakfast with my room rate so it was okay

The bistro has really good food. Lamb shanks were on the menu and they were so good I had them both nights of my stay. The buffet breakfast has good variety in a lovely setting.

Breakfast is pretty standard fare - a buffet with hot food (bacon, eggs, sausages, tomato etc.) and a cold / fruit section.
Envoyer un merci ?No complaints but it does get pretty busy between 7.30 and 8.30 am.
Didn't eat in the restaurant outside of the breakfast.

Restauraunt is a pub style, but comfortable and the food is decent. Breakfast not great - very standard hotel buffet with nothing special.

The best part of this hotel is that you have 2 opportunities for dinner - the restaurant which is very good but a pub is attached and so if you prefer a more informal meal it is a good option. Both serve good food.

For Lunch or dinner, I prefer the Pub rather than the restaurant. Breakfast is good.

I haven’t stayed there in some time but I recollect that the hotel has a country style pub/ sports bar attached . Basic counter meals but very tasty and great value for money.

WE always eat at the bar which has good food,a relaxed atmosphere, and with your discount is great value. Havent eaten at the other restaurant. at night. Brekkie ha always been plentiful. Enjoy your stay

I love the bistro at Mercure Canberra. There are plenty of meal options and the prices are reasonable. Breakfast is OK, but of course it depends how much you eat as to whether or not you get value for money!

Breakfast is in a private dining room and was quite nice. My wife is lactose intolerant and the staff were quite happy to make her an omelette.

Breakfast was very good with the only exception, extra charge for real coffee.

i love the hotel due its close proximity to everywhere and rooms are great
