Taxis in Singapore are so cheap . Singapore has a great mrt ..google it

Yes there is Clarke Quay MRT station nearby which is a 5-10 minutes walk from Novotel .Otherwise there are also public buses that stop at the door stop of Liang Court shopping centre which is beside the hotel

We have always used taxis in Singapore. Distances are short. Trip from airport around $sg20 From Novotel to Orchard road 6-8$. There is an underground a short walk from the hotel

Hello,You have one MRT station (metro) at 100m from the hotel and a bus stop just behind the shopping located downstairs to the hotel. The public transport is very easy to use and cheap. But if you are more than 3people, the taxi is a good alternative (same orice). I like the bus especially the double deck ones because you have a nice view of the town.Public transport is safe and clean at any time of the day and night(metro is closing around 12am fir few hours but there are night buses). Enjoy your stay at this hôtel

HI, There is a new staion, Fort Canning, which is closer to the hotel and easy if you are travelling from the airport and have luggage. Clarke Quay Station is also not far but has some steps down to the concourse when you cross the river.You will need to change lines on the MRT, but it is very easy and the trains run frequently. It is always hot and humid so the less walking the better I think!
