It is quiet neighbourhood but restaurants are very average and disorganised

Singapore in general is very safe place, and people are quite considerate. Sentosa is quite expensive for locals to go to, so mostly foreign tourists. Usually they keep quite :)

the neighborhood is quiet and resort style on a hill and with a good golf course adjacent. At the bottom of the hill is a range of sandy beach accesses and bike and walking tracks. About 5km is the tourist park and amusements centre. this is also a short taxi or bus trip into Singapore

Unlike city hotels where buildings are close to each other, Sofitel Sentosa is located in an island where it is quiet and relaxing.
