We used taxis so not sure about public transport but I don't think there is any close by. The hotel has a shuttle bus to Vito city shopping mall

You will need to take a complimentary bus to Sentosa gateway and from there a train to vivocity and then change train ( MRT) to the city. It may be easier to take a taxi.

You can reach the hotel using metered taxis from anywhere in town. You can also go byMRT to the VivoCity Harbourftont MRT station and from there catch the Sofitel shuttle minibus to the hotel.

Yes, you go to the closest train station (vivocity I believe) then take a cab (cheap). Very easy and fast. Once on the island, a free shuttle deserves the beaches if need , or you can wslk down.

Now, for town visits, taxis are very cheap and convenient, and there is an excellent subway throughout the entire city.

The hotel provides free shuttle service from Vivo. If you are taking train, alight at harbour front. There are also free buses in Sentosa that you can take to the hotel.Hope this helps.

No really easy now. The added value of the hotel is that it's isolating you on the island from downtown area.The easiest is by cat -- Taxi/Uber/etc. (make sure to mention you have a hotel booking to avoid paying the island daily fee).If you have more time and few luggage, you could take the green line from Changi to Outram Park, then change for the purple line to Harbour Front, then take the Sentosa monorail to the Beach station, then take the free shuttle to the hotel.But really taxi/uber is your best option there.

going to and from the hotel after you get in is easy to go to the sites or into the city by bus and onto a train or by bus.there is a bus stop directly adjacent to the hotel entrance for buses to stop off people going to the Sentosa theme parks or train station.

There is a shuttle bus from Sentosa Sofitel to Vivocity.There is ready access to taxi & Uber.- make sure you take your pass from the hotel to access Sentosa without a tollThe public transport in Singapore itself is excellent
