Aside from the hotel restaurant which offers a decent selection of local food during bfast and dinners, we like to head to the golf course just 5 to 7 mins walk away for more affordable local fare (try the pork satay). Vivocity (just across from Sentosa via the Sentosa Express) has an air-conditioned food court on the 3rd floor where you will be able try a variety of hawker food (Chinese, Malay and Indian food). Vivocity also has a number of restaurants (Chinese - Pu Tien, Dian Xiao Er, Hai Di Lao). Caution that it gets really crowded during mealtimes.
