Try the Fatty's opposite the Ibis in the Burlington Square Building, right across Bencoolen St. It's one of the best Chinese restaurant and prices are fair for what you get. The restaurent is located ground level, to the right of the building, in thr alley betweeb Burlington Sq. and the Sim Lim electronics mall.

A lot of traditional restaurant nearby in walking distance. Especially near Chinese Temple or bugis Junction.

Song Garden Restaurant in the Mercure Hotel on middle Road. Singaporian / French fusion cuisine. It is within walking distance from the IBIS and you can use your Accor card to receive discounts on meals.

there are many small food places when walk towards Bugis street! good food and super good prices. in the fortune center there are several traditional vegetarian restaurants. next to Bugis+ there is a small Indonesian food court!!

Not sure what do you mean with "traditional Restaurant", however, a lot of reataurant in Bgis Juction and Bugis Plus behind the hotel
