No shuttle / but a very simple walk, I've done it many of times.

there is a shuttle to the airport, yes you can walk. If more than 2 people its cheaper to grab an Uber

They can arrange a shuttle pick up for you, or getting a taxi is pretty easy too. If you are traveling light its about a twenty minute walk to the domestic terminal. A lot further to the international terminal.

I stand corrected on on the shuttle pick up/ deliver, by other persons. Walking is good with limited baggage- Agree with contacting hotel, they are super helpful.

Yes, there is a shuttle to both International terminal and both domestic terminals. If the weather is ok then you could walk to the domestic terminals. At average pace it would probably take about 15 minutes.
