The hotel does not have shuttle service to the airport. But can arrange airport pick up at an extra charge. Otherwise prepaid taxis are readily available at the airport.

Email the hotel directly and ask. We were picked up but you will need to organise this.

They do have a shuttle service - just email them. We emailed them and they picked us up from the airport with a little sign so we saw them right away. Much much easier than getting a taxi but it was more expensive - cheers, Cass

The hotel will provide transport to and from the airport at a cost unless it is included in your accommodation package. We usually get a taxi or arrange for our own driver to get us.

Yes but you have to pay extra. I think it was about 80 dollars for all of us. It’s well worth it, as they are waiting right at the door. We were even given little chocolates by the hotel. You will love your stay, we are going back this year again, third year in a row!

Yes they can organise pick up and drop off to the airport. Rates are not bad too.

I don’t think they do, we arranged a private driver for our stay, there are lots of taxis available at the airport but I’m sure the hotel would book a transfer for you if you ask.

If you contact the hotel you can arrange to have a hotel car pick you up from the airport for a fee or you can get a taxi at the airport. From hotel to airport you can use hotel car but a taxi is cheaper. If arriving at night I’d suggest you arrange a hotel car. Worth paying the extra few dollars for safety!

The hotel will organize a private transfer for you, I usually catch a cab or private driver, cost is small, $20 to $25 tops.

The hotel provides pick-up service in the airport, which you must pre-book (call or e-mail them).
Envoyer un merci ?The service is outsourced (they have a representative welcoming you in the airport, but the drivers/cars are from a different company). This allows them to offer a range of different car types/sizes (but it was slightly nicer before when there was a touch of French luxury and macarons on offer in the car).
You can also go by a regular taxi, but I find the service offered by the hotel to be more convenient.
The hotel is lovely, enjoy your stay!

As far as I know, they do have a service shuttle to the airport. Also, there are many taxis standing by around the hotel, so transportation should not be a problem. Hope this helps.

I'm not sure. They had a shuttle service to the shopping centre.

And the same to take us back to the airport.

No free shuttle bus from airport to hotel. They can arrange pick up but very expensive. Best to get taxi outside, you get unadated with lots of Balinese wanting to take you but insist on only a blue bird taxi company should pay around 100,000 rp or 10 dol aust no more..

I think, the hotel doesn't have a service shuttle. I drive by my own when stay there.
