PLAN01-PLAN02 For 2 persons READ CAREFULLY AND APPLY THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS (TO BE KEPT) - This item operates with jellified alcohol. While using this item, minimum supervision and caution are required. CAUTIONS AND SECURITY - Only use this item in fresh or well-ventilated areas. - Do not use any fluid alcohol or spirit, or with ANY OTHER component than jellified alcohol in spirit lamps. - Do not let children come close to the enamelled plate while using it. - Be sure that the spirit lamps are out (using the extinction covers), before moving the planchetta. USE - Possible pre-heating either in the oven or directly on the flame (300° maximum). - Fill in the spirit lamps with jellified alcohol. - Lay the plate with its gloss enamelled part on top. - For the 1st use, slightly oil the plate with a neutral vegetable oil. - After 10 minutes, you can cook meat or fish, which must not be cut too thin (5 mm minimum slices) - After use, clean the enamelled plate with a damp sponge, avoid any abrasive ingredient that could scratch the coating. IMPORTANT The optimal yield is obtained while using an alcohol gel with a high heating power. Indeed all the alcohol gel of different brands on the market do not have the same ethanol concentration and consequently are not solda at the same prices.
